AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling Schedule Notified — Registration July 20–29, Web Options July 25–31, Allotment August 6
APSCHE has officially notified the AP EAPCET 2026 first-phase counselling schedule. Registration and processing-fee payment run July 20–29, certificate verification July 22–31, and web options entry July 25–31, with August 1 to change options. Seat allotments are released August 6; self-joining and reporting runs August 7–13 and classes begin August 10.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has notified the first-phase counselling schedule for AP EAPCET 2026 admissions. The admission committee met on July 15, the notification was issued on July 16, and it was published in newspapers on July 17, 2026.
AP EAPCET 2026 first-phase counselling schedule:
• Registration cum payment of processing fee: July 20 – 29, 2026 (10 days)
• Verification of uploaded certificates at Help Line Centres, online: July 22 – 31, 2026 (10 days)
• Web options entry: July 25 – 31, 2026 (7 days)
• Changing of web options: August 1, 2026
• Release of seat allotments: August 6, 2026
• Self joining and reporting at college: August 7 – 13, 2026 (7 days)
• Attending classes at college: August 10, 2026
Where the process runs: registration, fee payment and web options are all on eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. The processing fee is ₹1,200 for OC/BC candidates and ₹600 for SC/ST candidates. Rank cards, declared on July 1, are on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
Things worth noting about this schedule:
• There is no mock allotment in this phase. Unlike TG EAPCET, which publishes a mock allotment before final freezing, AP goes straight from the August 1 change-of-options day to the real seat allotment on August 6 — so August 1 is your last chance to fix your priority order.
• Certificate verification and web options overlap (July 25–31), but verification must be completed for your options to be considered. Do not leave verification to the last days.
• Classes begin August 10 while reporting runs to August 13, per the official schedule.
• Only the first phase has been notified. Later phases have not been announced yet.
What to do now:
1. Download and save your rank card from cets.apsche.ap.gov.in if you haven't already
2. Get your certificates ready and uploaded — hall ticket, rank card, SSC and Intermediate memos, Transfer Certificate, study/bonafide certificates for local-area status, income certificate for fee reimbursement, and caste/EWS certificate if applicable
3. Register and pay the processing fee early in the July 20–29 window rather than on the closing days
4. Build a long college+branch priority list before July 25 — candidates who enter too few options regularly go unallotted even when their rank could have secured a seat
