The National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted NEET UG 2026, the single medical entrance exam for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVSc and allied AYUSH courses, on Sunday, May 3, 2026. • Timing: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (pen-and-paper mode) • Cities: 551 in India + 14 international locations • Candidates registered: 22,79,743 • Approximate attendance: 97% (~22.11 lakh appeared) Admit cards were released on April 27 at 10 AM (a one-day postponement from the original April 26 schedule). The exam-city intimation slip had already been issued on April 12. State counselling notifications typically open within 1–2 weeks of the NEET UG result.
