Based on official 2025–26 convener-quota closing ranks, 40 Telangana colleges closed CSE at or beyond rank 2,500 for OC — including University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology, Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology. Is 2,500 a good rank in TG EAPCET 2026?
It depends on the branch and category. For CSE, 40 colleges were reachable at this rank for OC candidates in 2025–26. Reserved-category (BC, SC, ST, EWS) closing ranks are substantially higher than OC, so the same rank reaches more colleges in those categories.
Do these cutoffs apply to all categories?

When is TG EAPCET 2026 counselling?
Phase-2 registration and slot booking open July 17, certificate verification July 18, and fresh web options July 18–19 (Phase-1 options don't carry over). Phase-2 allotment is due by July 22. Official closing ranks for 2026 are published after each allotment round.
